We want you to be happy with your purchase from Fir & Forge Dog Co.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at firandforgeco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner unless we provide you with return instructions.

Because some Fir & Forge Dog Co. products are fulfilled by different partners, the return address may vary by item.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used grooming, skin-care, paw-care, nose-care, shampoo, spray, or similar personal-care products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet products
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through misuse, chewing, normal wear, or improper care

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at firandforgeco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Return shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. Depending on the product and fulfillment location, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
